Hi could you tell me if your easy walks are really easy? I would love to join a walking group as walking alone holds no appeal to me, however I have dodgy knees which limit my ability to decend unstable paths or ways! Do you find this valuable?

Sorry i havent replied earlier but i've only just spotted your message.
Our easy walks are usually fairly easy but do usually include a small amount of ascent /descent. You would really have to try one to see for yourself if you could manage them, why not pop along to the prom on the next easy one of your choice.or give me a ring if you want to discuss it in more detail. (No on website homepage)
